Terms of Service

These terms set out the basic rules for using MatchRank. They are intended as a launch-stage MVP and should be reviewed before broad commercial rollout.

Who These Terms Cover

These terms apply to use of MatchRank, a product-to-influencer decision intelligence service operated by WRIZER LTD.

By using MatchRank, you agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms.

What MatchRank Provides

MatchRank helps ecommerce and social commerce sellers review product-to-influencer fit before outreach, sampling, or campaign budget is committed.

The service may show product context, influencer recommendations, audience-fit labels, category-fit labels, price-band fit, commercial/activity signals, brand-safety context, caveats, freshness indicators, review states, and generated outreach drafts where enabled.

Decision Support Only

MatchRank recommendations are decision-support outputs. They are not guarantees of influencer performance, sales, campaign success, brand suitability, compliance, or availability.

You remain responsible for reviewing influencers, deciding whether to contact them, approving outreach, checking platform rules, managing commercial terms, and complying with advertising, privacy, consumer protection, and influencer disclosure rules.

Account Access And Entitlements

Access may be limited by plan, seller workspace, product review allowance, influencer start limits, refresh priority, or feature availability.

Self-serve checkout, trials, subscriptions, and enterprise access may be enabled or disabled at MatchRank's discretion. We may manually activate, suspend, or restrict access for pilots, support, billing, abuse prevention, or security reasons.

Billing

Paid plans and one-off reviews are processed through the checkout provider shown at purchase. Prices, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation rights are shown by the payment provider at checkout where applicable.

Access is granted only after successful payment confirmation or manual activation. Failed, refunded, cancelled, disputed, or past-due payments may result in reduced or suspended access.

Acceptable Use

You must not use MatchRank to scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute data outside your workspace, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, reverse engineer private scoring logic, or use the service for unlawful profiling, harassment, spam, or discriminatory decisions.

You must not store user session tokens in long-lived agent, automation, or MCP configurations. Hosted agent access is disabled by default until dedicated workspace API keys are available.

User Content And Review Actions

You may submit review actions, notes, shortlist/pass decisions, product inputs, pitch signoffs, and support communications. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you provide.

MatchRank may use review actions and workspace activity to operate the service, improve recommendations, debug issues, and maintain account history.

Third-Party Services

MatchRank depends on third-party infrastructure, authentication, hosting, payment, data, and AI providers. Availability and processing may depend on those providers.

Links to payment providers, social platforms, marketplaces, or influencer profiles are provided for convenience and may be governed by separate terms.

Service Availability

MatchRank is provided on an as-available basis. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete data coverage, immediate refreshes, or error-free recommendations.

Product coverage, influencer coverage, recommendation freshness, and data availability may vary by seller, market, platform, and plan.

Confidentiality And Security

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend access or rotate credentials to protect the service, customer data, or infrastructure.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MatchRank is not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunity, campaign underperformance, reputational harm caused by user outreach decisions, or indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.
